Atlas bipod
Atlas bipod BT69 Gen. 2 CAL Bipod: Tall with ADM-170-S quick lever for Picatinny.
The BT69 is the taller version of the Atlas BT65. The CAL (Cant And Loc) Atlas Bipods were developed for shooters that do not desire the Panning feature. Atlas Bipods are unique in that their legs move independently, able to be arranged in a 45° position either forward or backward, traditional 90° position, and locking securely in 5 positions through a 180° arc. With 30° left to right Pan and 30° of Cant, this bipod offers easy alignment of crosshairs, even on rough terrain. The USA-made Atlas bipod weighs less than 11 ounces and still provides rock-solid support.

Using the KMW “Pod-Loc™”
With the CAL bipod mounted to your rifle, you will be able to lock and un-lock the canting motion by rotating the Pod-Loc™ lever. Turn clockwise to lock and counter clockwise to un-lock. The Pod-Loc™ lever position can be adjusted for positioning by pulling the lever directly away from the body of the CAL and rotating to desired position. This positioning can be repeated until optimal position is achieved.

This is my second Atlas and I love it. I have a couple of Harris bipods, a magpul and one Caldwell and I prefer he Atlas to the others. The atlas is well built with very durable arms and buttons to release the arms. The swivel action is just right and putting the legs at different angles helps when shooting off uneven surfaces. With that being said it is heavy for a bipod it hits way above its weight class as it has held a couple of 20lb heavy barrel rifles. The price is high but I view this the same way I view optics: buy once cry once.

Very solid material. Adjustments made easy and locks into position. Like the fact that you can lock into multiple positions including forward. Worth the extra coin it costs. Great buy.

This thing is awesome. It is incredibly solid with zero slop. The build quality is fantastic. The pan/cant feature is awesome. Keep in mind that you cannot lock the pan/cant out. With the tension knob adjusted fully tight, the rifle stays in the position you set. My only gripe is that when you swivel the rifle, it tends to loosen the tension knob slightly. Some people complained that the feet spin with forward pressure , but I can put a pretty good preload on the gun without any movement. It is not heavy despite the rugged build quality.

As another stated, I thought the less would have very little slop. Seemingly high-quality material, just too loose.
Can’t figure how they scrimped and implemented pan-head SLOTTED M/S for the Picatinny rail fasteners?!

I bought a bipod with a similar design off eBay, and it did not work well. I wanted a decent bipod, and really liked how this bipod allows for the 45 degree legs allowing for a lower profile. The benches at my shooting range are high, and so a bipod with the ability to go low was needed. After falling in love with the design of my eBay, but hating the cheap and sloppy construction I decided to purchase this very of it. The quality here is unsurpassed, and legs positively lock into place. For the money of these, I think a QD should have been added, and price is a tad high for what you get, so my 4 stars is for “value”.

I initially bought the cheaper clone for $50, but it was garbage compared to this. Its parts were loose, its materials were shoddy, and it felt like it would last a couple of visits to the range tops.
Upon deciding to order this bipod and receiving it I am so happy about my decision. You really do get what you pay for here. This thing feels like a tank, and like it will last for many years. Easier to use too.

Ordered Prime and shipping was on time. Bought for use on my Smith and Wesson M&P 10. Bipod is 100% authentic correctly packaged.
As for the actual bipod, it is everything I expected for the price. Very well made and sturdy. The legs drop by simply pulling down on a slip collar and lock at specific lengths by the notches on the inner leg. When extended the legs give a nice wobble that allows for proper loading of the bipod. The two screw mounting system is very sturdy and streamlined. I’ll use a touch of loctite to make sure it stays nice and snug. The tilt and pan functions are quite snug, but I’m sure will loosen with use. I was torn between the BT10, the Harris and the Magpul. It came down to the mounting system and overall quality. I like being able to mount directly to my 1913 style rail without adding attachments and extra weight. The bipod feels very solid with every attention to detail paid.

Husband review. After going to 2 gun shows and shooting two different AR with other bipods on them I bit the bullet and bought the BT10 Atlas. Man did the price hurt, but I just didn’t care for any of the cheaper UTG or other ones. I even like it better than the Harris. It will come in a little pastic bag with a yellow card. You would think with the price tag it would come with nice packaging, but it doesn’t really matter. You can buy the QD mount to go with it as well. I didn’t want to send any more money. A big plus for me was it can also can flip all the way forward (parallel with the barrel) so I can use my Magpul M-LOK hand guard as well. Just love the quality and the ease of use with extending the legs. Great fit for my M&P 15 Sport. I only gave it 4 stars because of the packaging and the price. The packaging doesn’t matter but I feel like it could be around $150 or include the QD mount with it for the same price. You get what you pay for though. I didn’t want to collect 3-4 cheaper ones before I decided to buy this one in the end any way.
